EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL BREADSTICKS

I n g r e d i e n t s
  

  • 300 g of type 1 flour
  • 180 g water
  • 10 g fresh brewer’s yeast
  • 50 g of extra virgin olive oil
  • 10 g salt

I n s t r u c t i o n s
 

  • Dissolve yeast in water, add all ingredients except salt, and knead for 5 minutes.
  • Add the salt and knead for another 5 minutes. Create loaves with the dough and let rise for 60 minutes.
  • Cut the loaf into strips of the desired weight, roll until you get breadsticks.
  • Lay breadsticks on a baking sheet and let rise for an additional 60 minutes.
  • Bake at 200 degrees for about 15 minutes.
