EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL BREADSTICKS
I n g r e d i e n t s
- 300 g of type 1 flour
- 180 g water
- 10 g fresh brewer’s yeast
- 50 g of extra virgin olive oil
- 10 g salt
I n s t r u c t i o n s
- Dissolve yeast in water, add all ingredients except salt, and knead for 5 minutes.
- Add the salt and knead for another 5 minutes. Create loaves with the dough and let rise for 60 minutes.
- Cut the loaf into strips of the desired weight, roll until you get breadsticks.
- Lay breadsticks on a baking sheet and let rise for an additional 60 minutes.
- Bake at 200 degrees for about 15 minutes.
