PEPPERS WITH POTATOES AND BURRATA CHEESE

I n g r e d i e n t s
  

  • 3 potatoes
  • 3 bell peppers
  • 1 white onion
  • 100 g extra virgin olive oil
  • 4 50 g burrata cheese
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste

I n s t r u c t i o n s
 

  • Wash the peppersand potatoes and cut them into small pieces.
  • In a frying pan put extra virginolive oil and sauté together with chopped onion. Insert the cooking potatoesand let them cook for about 10 minutes.
  • Add the peppers and cook for another 10minutes.
  • Season with salt and pepper and place burrata cheese on top of thepotatoes and peppers.
