PEPPERS WITH POTATOES AND BURRATA CHEESE
I n g r e d i e n t s
- 3 potatoes
- 3 bell peppers
- 1 white onion
- 100 g extra virgin olive oil
- 4 50 g burrata cheese
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
I n s t r u c t i o n s
- Wash the peppersand potatoes and cut them into small pieces.
- In a frying pan put extra virginolive oil and sauté together with chopped onion. Insert the cooking potatoesand let them cook for about 10 minutes.
- Add the peppers and cook for another 10minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper and place burrata cheese on top of thepotatoes and peppers.
