BELL PEPPER SALAD WITH EVO OIL AND CAPER FRUIT
I n g r e d i e n t s
- 400 g of red and yellow peppers
- 50 g of caper fruit
- a sprig of parsley
- salt to taste
- 40 g EVO oil
I n s t r u c t i o n s
- Grill the peppers (or bake them in the oven). Once ready and cool them in a bowl.
- As soon as cool, peel them and remove the seeds from inside. Cut the peppers into strips and season with EVO oil, garlic clove, salt, parsley and caper fruit.
