GRAIN SOUP
I n g r e d i e n t s
- 3 carrots
- 2 celery ribs
- 2 onions
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 liter of water
- 3 potatoes
- 1 sprig of rosemary
- 1 sprig of thyme
- 3 bay leaves
- 300 g tomato
- 500 g mixed cereals
- 150 g EVO oil
I n s t r u c t i o n s
- In a pan, sauté EVO oil along with garlic, celery, carrots and chopped onion. Let it go for a few minutes.
- Add the grains and diced tomato and add the water.
- Season with salt and add the herbs. Bring to a boil and cook for about 40 minutes.
- Add the small diced potatoes and continue cooking for another 15 minutes.
