ARTICHOKES TRIFOLIATED
I n g r e d i e n t s
- 8 artichokes
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 100 g extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
- vegetable broth
- salt
- black pepper to taste
I n s t r u c t i o n s
- Clean the artichokes and place them in a container with acidulated water, preventing them from turning black.
- In a saucepan crush 2 cloves of garlic, brown them lightly in oil, add artichokes in cloves along with stems and saute a few moments.
- Add chopped parsley. Also prepare some vegetable broth with which to wet the artichokes whenever they become dry.
- Season with pepper and salt.
- Cooking should be prolonged for about 15 to 20 minutes.
