ARTICHOKES TRIFOLIATED

  • 8 artichokes
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 100 g extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
  • vegetable broth
  • salt
  • black pepper to taste

I n s t r u c t i o n s
 

  • Clean the artichokes and place them in a container with acidulated water, preventing them from turning black.
  • In a saucepan crush 2 cloves of garlic, brown them lightly in oil, add artichokes in cloves along with stems and saute a few moments.
  • Add chopped parsley. Also prepare some vegetable broth with which to wet the artichokes whenever they become dry.
  • Season with pepper and salt.
  • Cooking should be prolonged for about 15 to 20 minutes.
