BRAISED PRAWNS WITH ORANGE

I n g r e d i e n t s
  

  • 12 prawns
  • 2 oranges
  • dill
  • 40 g EVO oil
  • black pepper
  • salt to taste.

I n s t r u c t i o n s
 

  • Remove the carapace from the prawns, leaving the heads on. In a pan with EVO oil braise the prawns, season with salt and pepper. Add the juice of the oranges and dill and finish cooking.
