BRAISED PRAWNS WITH ORANGE

- 12 prawns
- 2 oranges
- dill
- 40 g EVO oil
- black pepper
- salt to taste.
I n s t r u c t i o n s
- Remove the carapace from the prawns, leaving the heads on. In a pan with EVO oil braise the prawns, season with salt and pepper. Add the juice of the oranges and dill and finish cooking.
