CARROT AND ZUCCHINI NOODLES WITH MINT
I n g r e d i e n t s
- 4 zucchini
- 4 carrots
- 1 chili pepper
- extra virgin olive oil
- a sprig of mint
- salt
I n s t r u c t i o n s
- Using a potato peeler, cut zucchini and carrots into noodle shapes.
- In a boiling pot and arranged with salt, pour in the noodles.
- Cook for 2 minutes, drain the noodles and place them in water and ice to freeze their cooking.
- After a few minutes, remove from ice to season with mint, oil, chili and salt.
