CITRUS OMBRINE SUPREME

- 400 g ombrine fillet
- 1 orange
- 1 lemon
- 1 lime
- 50 g olive oil
- dill
- salt
- pepper to taste
I n s t r u c t i o n s
- From the ombrine fillet, cut 4 equal pieces.
- Transfer them to a bowl and season with salt, pepper, dill, extra virgin olive oil.
- Peel of the well-washed citrus fruits, obtained through the use of a grater, being careful not to take out the white part as well.
- Mix everything together and let marinate for about an hour in the refrigerator. Bake for 20 minutes in a 200° oven.
