CITRUS OMBRINE SUPREME

  • 400 g ombrine fillet
  • 1 orange
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 lime
  • 50 g olive oil
  • dill
  • salt
  • pepper to taste

I n s t r u c t i o n s
 

  • From the ombrine fillet, cut 4 equal pieces.
  • Transfer them to a bowl and season with salt, pepper, dill, extra virgin olive oil.
  • Peel of the well-washed citrus fruits, obtained through the use of a grater, being careful not to take out the white part as well.
  • Mix everything together and let marinate for about an hour in the refrigerator. Bake for 20 minutes in a 200° oven.
