SKEWER OF GRILLED SQUID AND PEPPERS

I n g r e d i e n t s
  

  • 300 g squid cut into rings
  • 200 g peppers
  • 50 g extra virgin olive oil
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 4 wooden skewers

I n s t r u c t i o n s
 

  • Take skewers and alternate rings of squid and peppers cut into strips.
  • Place on the griddle to roast.
  • Plate sprinkling with salt and pepper and season with a drizzle of EVO oil.
