SKEWER OF GRILLED SQUID AND PEPPERS
I n g r e d i e n t s
- 300 g squid cut into rings
- 200 g peppers
- 50 g extra virgin olive oil
- salt
- pepper
- 4 wooden skewers
I n s t r u c t i o n s
- Take skewers and alternate rings of squid and peppers cut into strips.
- Place on the griddle to roast.
- Plate sprinkling with salt and pepper and season with a drizzle of EVO oil.
