BELL PEPPER SALAD WITH EVO OIL AND CAPER FRUIT

I n g r e d i e n t s
  

  • 400 g of red and yellow peppers
  • 50 g of caper fruit
  • a sprig of parsley
  • salt to taste
  • 40 g EVO oil

I n s t r u c t i o n s
 

  • Grill the peppers (or bake them in the oven). Once ready and cool them in a bowl.
  • As soon as cool, peel them and remove the seeds from inside. Cut the peppers into strips and season with EVO oil, garlic clove, salt, parsley and caper fruit.
