FRIARIELLI SAUTÉED WITH PROVOLONE CHEESE
I n g r e d i e n t s
- 700 g of friarielli
- 200 of provola cheese
- 40 g extra virgin olive oil
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 chili pepper
- salt to taste
I n s t r u c t i o n s
- Blanch friarielli for 5 minutes, remove from water and drain well.
- In a frying pan heat the oil, garlic and chili pepper.
- Brown the garlic, add the friarielli and pour in the previously diced provola cheese.
