FRIARIELLI SAUTÉED WITH PROVOLONE CHEESE

I n g r e d i e n t s
  

  • 700 g of friarielli
  • 200 of provola cheese
  • 40 g extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 chili pepper
  • salt to taste

I n s t r u c t i o n s
 

  • Blanch friarielli for 5 minutes, remove from water and drain well.
  • In a frying pan heat the oil, garlic and chili pepper.
  • Brown the garlic, add the friarielli and pour in the previously diced provola cheese.
