LIME CUTTLEFISH ROULADE
I n g r e d i e n t s
- 4 gutted cuttlefish
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 50 g chopped stale bread
- a sprig of parsley
- a tablespoon of parmesan cheese
- a pinch of pepper
- salt to taste
I n s t r u c t i o n s
- Season stale bread with pepper, parsley, Parmesan cheese and grated lime.
- Lay the cuttlefish on a counter and stuff them with the previously seasoned bread.
- Roll them up and close with a toothpick.
- Drizzle with EVO oil and bake in the oven at 180 degrees for about 15 minutes.
