LIME CUTTLEFISH ROULADE

I n g r e d i e n t s
  

  • 4 gutted cuttlefish
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 50 g chopped stale bread
  • a sprig of parsley
  • a tablespoon of parmesan cheese
  • a pinch of pepper
  • salt to taste

I n s t r u c t i o n s
 

  • Season stale bread with pepper, parsley, Parmesan cheese and grated lime.
  • Lay the cuttlefish on a counter and stuff them with the previously seasoned bread.
  • Roll them up and close with a toothpick.
  • Drizzle with EVO oil and bake in the oven at 180 degrees for about 15 minutes.
