SAUSAGE AND TURNIPS

- 700 g turnips
- 400 g of sausage
- 80 g EVO oil
- 1 chili pepper
- 1 clove of garlic
- salt to taste
I n s t r u c t i o n s
- Blanch the turnips and keep them in a bowl.
- In a frying pan put the EVO oil, chili pepper and chopped sausage.
- Sauté for 5 minutes, add the turnips and season with salt.
