SPAGHETTI ANCHOVIES AND BREAD CRUMBLE


INGREDIENTS

  • 400 g spaghetti
  • 200 g fresh filleted anchovies
  • 70 g extra virgin olive oil
  • 80 g bread crumbs
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 300 g cherry tomatoes
  • 1 chili pepper
  • parsley

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Pour 50 gof extra virgin olive oil into a frying pan, then add the whole peeled garliccloves, anchovy fillets, cherry tomatoes, and chili pepper and cook for about10 minutes.
  2. Season with salt and put in the finely chopped parsley.
  3. In a fryingpan put the EVO oil, breadcrumbs and toast it a few minutes on the gas. Cookthe spaghetti and stir it into the sauce.
  4. Serve by sprinkling the dish with thebread crumble.
