SPAGHETTI ANCHOVIES AND BREAD CRUMBLE
I n g r e d i e n t s
- 400 g spaghetti
- 200 g fresh filleted anchovies
- 70 g extra virgin olive oil
- 80 g bread crumbs
- 2 cloves garlic
- 300 g cherry tomatoes
- 1 chili pepper
- parsley
I n s t r u c t i o n s
- Pour 50 gof extra virgin olive oil into a frying pan, then add the whole peeled garliccloves, anchovy fillets, cherry tomatoes, and chili pepper and cook for about10 minutes.
- Season with salt and put in the finely chopped parsley.
- In a fryingpan put the EVO oil, breadcrumbs and toast it a few minutes on the gas. Cookthe spaghetti and stir it into the sauce.
- Serve by sprinkling the dish with thebread crumble.
