SPAGHETTI ANCHOVIES AND BREAD CRUMBLE

  • 400 g spaghetti
  • 200 g fresh filleted anchovies
  • 70 g extra virgin olive oil
  • 80 g bread crumbs
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 300 g cherry tomatoes
  • 1 chili pepper
  • parsley

I n s t r u c t i o n s
 

  • Pour 50 gof extra virgin olive oil into a frying pan, then add the whole peeled garliccloves, anchovy fillets, cherry tomatoes, and chili pepper and cook for about10 minutes.
  • Season with salt and put in the finely chopped parsley.
  • In a fryingpan put the EVO oil, breadcrumbs and toast it a few minutes on the gas. Cookthe spaghetti and stir it into the sauce.
  • Serve by sprinkling the dish with thebread crumble.
