SPAGHETTI WITH CLAMS AND ROE
I n g r e d i e n t s
- 400 g of spaghetti
- 300 of clams
- 70 g of extra virgin olive oil
- 1 teaspoon grated roe
- 2 glasses white wine
- salt
- pepper
- parsley
I n s t r u c t i o n s
- Fry garlic in extra virgin olive oil and add clams.
- Deglaze with the wine.
- Cook the pasta, add it to the clams and stir-fry for 1 minute on the stove.
- Serve and sprinkle with roe.
