SPAGHETTI WITH CLAMS AND ROE

I n g r e d i e n t s
  

  • 400 g of spaghetti
  • 300 of clams
  • 70 g of extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon grated roe
  • 2 glasses white wine
  • salt
  • pepper
  • parsley

I n s t r u c t i o n s
 

  • Fry garlic in extra virgin olive oil and add clams.
  • Deglaze with the wine.
  • Cook the pasta, add it to the clams and stir-fry for 1 minute on the stove.
  • Serve and sprinkle with roe.
