TOMATO AND BASIL BRUSCHETTA
I n g r e d i e n t s
- 4 slices of bread
- 300 g tomatoes
- 4 basil leaves
- 8 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
- garlic
- salt
I n s t r u c t i o n s
- Wash and dry the tomatoes.
- Cut them into cubes and add salt, garlic and basil.
- Mix everything together, adding the extra virgin olive oil as well.
- Toast the bread in a nonstick pan for about 5 minutes.
- Pour over the tomato and garnish with the basil leaves and a generous drizzle of extra virgin olive oil.
