TOMATO AND BASIL BRUSCHETTA

I n g r e d i e n t s
  

  • 4 slices of bread
  • 300 g tomatoes
  • 4 basil leaves
  • 8 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
  • garlic
  • salt

I n s t r u c t i o n s
 

  • Wash and dry the tomatoes.
  • Cut them into cubes and add salt, garlic and basil.
  • Mix everything together, adding the extra virgin olive oil as well.
  • Toast the bread in a nonstick pan for about 5 minutes.
  • Pour over the tomato and garnish with the basil leaves and a generous drizzle of extra virgin olive oil.
